Amanda Hogan Burton, 32, of Lynchburg, was sentenced to four years of incarceration for distribution of a Schedule I or III drug, second or subsequent offense.

Woman sentenced for using false identification after shoplifting

Kanatie Deyone Coleman, 39, of Lynchburg, was sentenced to serve one year and six months for charges related to using a false identification.

Man sentenced for marijuana distribution

Eric Robert Ramos, 26, of Evington, was sentenced to serve one year and six months for possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Ramos pled guilty to the charge.

Man sentenced to 15 days for assault

Terry William Guthrie, 53, of Appomattox, was sentenced to serve 15 days of active jail time with credit given for nine days already served for an incident in which he attacked party guests on Christmas Eve in 2021.
