Nichole Bell, Pre-Teen Miss Virginia American Star Achievement 2021.

Nichole “Nikki” Bell was crowned on March 14 as Pre-Teen Miss Virginia American Star Achievement 2021.

Nichole is the daughter of Jonathan and Patricia Bell and resides in Appomattox County. She represented the Appomattox area this past year during her local reign. She is a student at Appomattox County Middle School.

Nichole was chosen based on community service, academics, individual honors/awards, outstanding citizenship and additional achievements.

The Miss American Star Achievement program is under the direction of Carolyn Dolan.
