Williamson Branch, a high-energy Nashville bluegrass band will be in concert Sunday March 10 at Appomattox County High School. Showtime is 2 p.m.
Williamson Branch features award-winning family harmonies, Branson-style entertainment, original songs, and Opry-trained cloggers. The group is comprised of West Virginia Country Music Hall of Fame members Kevin and Debbie Williamson, and their three daughters, Melody (2020 International Bluegrass Music Association Momentum Vocalist of the Year), Kadence (KALA-endorsed bass player), and Caroline (15-year-old viral sensation). Williamson Branch has multiple million-plus view videos on social media, seven No. 1 songs for Pinecastle Records, 450,000 Facebook followers, and lots of Virginia fans who are looking forward to seeing them as part of their 10 Year Anniversary Tour.
Advance tickets are $20 per person and can be purchased online at www.lynchburgtickets.com or at Wilkes Jewelers and Jamerson Building Supply in Appomattox, McBride Blackburn Opticians in Lynchburg, and Taylor Forbes Equipment in Farmville. Tickets will be $25 at the door. Children 5 and under free. Coming April 14, Jeff Parker & Co. will be in concert, and the May 5th concert will include Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme Out.
