On Feb. 3, the Appomattox Children of the Confederacy (CofC) met in the home of United Daughters of the Confederacy President Karen Sale.

After a brief meeting, CofC member Allison Sale made 30 Valentine’s Day sun catchers and Valentine’s Day cards for the residents at Babcock Manor Nursing home.
