APPOMATTOX, Va. - The second annual 4-H Food Frenzy Camp at Holiday Lake 4-H Educational Center in Appomattox County, held Jan. 17-19, was a resounding success. This camp brought together over 50 youth, aged 9-18, from 17 counties and cities, for the purpose of learning about healthy eating, food safety, and independence and confidence to cook at home. Throughout the event, campers delved into various cooking techniques under the guidance of professionals from the food service industry.
