FARMVILLE, Va. — The Commonwealth Chorale of Virginia will begin rehearsals for two May concerts on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 7 p.m., at Farmville Presbyterian Church. Concerts are scheduled for May 3 and May 4.
“We have a great program of Chorale favorites planned for our spring concerts this year,” Chorale Artistic Director Carol J. Henderson said.
Concerts, set for May 3 and May 4, will feature Randall Thompson’s “Alleluia” as well as choral arrangements from “Les Miserables.”
Henderson, the Chorales’ artistic director since 2019, received her bachelor of music and master of music degrees from Westminster Choir College. She currently serves as minister of music at Clarksville Presbyterian Church.
