Maintenance Director ($10,000 retention bonus)

The Maintenance Director maintains preventive maintenance schedules using Building Engines (Electronic Facility Management System). Repairs physical structures,

maintains utility systems of the building, and maintains grounds. Teams with support staff and contractors as applicable. Installs, services, and repairs mechanical

equipment.

Experience and Pre-requisites

Two years' experience in Maintenance in a commercial setting, Healthcare

experience preferred.

Possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose and repair the above systems.

Must be CFC certified in refrigeration (Type I minimum) within six months of hire date.

Skills and Abilities

Basic computer skills such as e-mail, electronic order entry, building engines, etc.

On-Call for emergencies
