Appomattox Celebration Women BLOOM! event

Appomattox Celebration Women invites all the ladies in the area to its next event: BLOOM! This free event will be held at the Evergreen Lavender Farm, 7169 Old Evergreen Road in Appomattox, from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 1. Come rain or shine to enjoy fresh air, fun, and fellowship. The guest speaker and worship leader is local citizen Robin Foutz. Learn more about Robin at robinfoutz.com. A quote from her site reads, “One of the most pivotal moments of my life was when my twelve-year-old son, Elisha, was hit by a car riding his bike. Elisha ended up having a serious traumatic brain injury, but the goodness and power of God has been clearly on his life and the Foutz family.” Although an RSVP for this event is not mandatory, it is helpful for planning purposes. CW is a women-to-woman ministry of sharing, encouraging, discipling and mentoring in the faith. It is open to all women regardless of denomination, age and cultural or ethnic heritage. CW offers opportunities for the women of Appomattox to come together in ministry for each other and for their community.
