The Appomattox Raiders girls soccer season came to an end Tuesday night with a 6-0 loss to the Glenvar Highlanders in the Region 2C semifinal round held at the Smith River Sports Complex in Axton.
Appomattox finishes 2024 with a record of 11-4-2. Glenvar remains undefeated at 17-0-1 and will face Radford (14-5) on Thursday for the Region 2C championship. Radford defeated Chatham 1-0 in the semifinal round.
