The groundhog has seen his shadow, and that means six more weeks of winter, but the library staff already has summer on our mind. The upcoming 2022 Summer Reading Program, “An Ocean of Possibilities.” We will be focusing on an ocean animal themed program for a swimming good time.
We currently have Valentine’s Day themed “craft projects to go,” and for our older kids and adults we also have photo scrapbook pages for you to create. Just stop by the front desk. It is one craft project per patron, per month.
Don’t forget to fill out a chance to win our “We LOVE Scout” free raffle in February as we continue to celebrate our return to TLC cataloging software, Valentine’s Day and Library Lover’s Month. This month’s raffle will feature a Scout plushie, and a nice container filled with peanut butter cups and mini Mr. Goodbars. You can take one chance per patron, per visit. We will announce the winner on Friday, Feb. 25. Please be aware that this raffle does contain peanut butter and peanut products.

In observation of the Presidents’ Day holiday, the library will be closed on Monday, Feb. 21. We will reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday, Feb. 22, starting at 9:30 a.m. You may return all library-owned materials to the book depository located at the back of the building.
