The groundhog may have seen his shadow, but spring and summer are already on the minds of the Jamerson Memorial Library staff! We are getting all our spring chicks (and ducks) in a row as we make plans for some awesome warm weather programs and events! Be sure to keep an eye out in this local paper or on our Facebook and Instagram pages for all the details.

For almost three decades, the Jamerson Library has worked with other organizations to promote community outreach. We are currently working with the Junior League of Lynchburg to collect personal care items for two organizations: Isaiah House, which provides safe and comfortable housing for children awaiting foster care, and the National Center for Healthy Veterans, which work to eliminate veteran homelessness.
