Do you have a child who has an interest in livestock, and they would like to learn more? Then involvement in the Appomattox 4-H Livestock Club may be just the thing!

The Livestock Club members will learn about care, handling and how to show various livestock species: cattle, sheep, goat and swine. They meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month, and the club leader is Angela Prince. The club welcomes interested youth ages nine and up. It is helpful if they have their own animal but not necessary at the beginning.
