Cheryl Ann Wirth, 61, of South Fork Road, Appomattox, died Monday, December 10, 2018, at her residence. She was the caring and loving wife of Timothy “Tim” R. Wirth for 20 years.

Born in Georgia, on January 18, 1957, she was a daughter of the late Mildred Johnson and James Albert Benford. Cheryl will be remembered as a kind, selfless, and generous person.

In addition to her husband, Tim she was survived by a son, Jesse Tindall and wife, Rebecca Parrish; a granddaughter, Madison Parrish all of Morrow, GA; a sister, Sheila Hicks and husband, Jerry of Pensacola, FL; a brother, Danny Benford and wife Jean of Oxford, GA; and her mother and father-in-law, Mary Anne and Earl A. Wirth of Appomattox. Also surviving are her brothers-in-law, Mike Wirth of Appomattox and Scott Wirth of Daytona, FL; two nephews; one niece; two great-nieces; and one great-nephew all of Appomattox.
