Mr. Charles Daniel Bagby, known as “Barney” died on October 16, 2018 in Red House. He was the son of the late Charlie Milton Bagby and Mattie Geneva Davis Bagby.
He is survived by three daughters, Angel Bagby of Charlotte Court House, Kimberly Berkley of Brookneal and Latasha Davis (Junior) of Rustburg; three sons, Daniel Clark of Red House, Winston Clark of Roanoke and Antwon Berkley of Altavista; seven grandchildren; five sisters, Jacqueline Allen, Mary Bagby, Fayrene Brodgen and Maricca Jones (Ricky) all of Red House and Minnie Venable (Wayne) of Phenix; brother, Dannie Bagby (Alleece) of Brookneal; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on October 22, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Brookneal. Arrangements were by Jeffress Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Brookneal.
