Terry Verlin Epling, 73, of Country Club Road, died Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at Lynchburg General Hospital. He was the loving husband of Jenny Epling for 50 years.
Born in Nashville, TN, August 13, 1945, he was a son of the late Pat Fuqua and Verlin Epling. Terry was a member of Sprigg Baptist Church and retired with 30 years of teaching with the Appomattox County Public School System.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Matthew Epling and wife, Laura of Indiana, Kenny Epling and wife, April of Hanover County, and Chris Epling of TN; one daughter, Valerie Tomlin and husband, Robert of WV; one brother, Jerry Epling and wife, Beth of GA; and three grandchildren, Emily Epling, Josh Epling and Taylor Epling.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 6, 2018, from 7 until 8:30 p.m. at Robinson Funeral Home.
